This 4th of May 2015 Children are starting school for the second academic school term. However only 100 out of the 427 will be back in School. The remaining 327 won’t be going back to school because of lack of School fees, scholastic materials, school uniforms, shoes and bicycles for those who move to travel 12miles every day to the nearest Senior Secondary High School. We could like to thank Mom Tammy Morrison and Maureen Bird for being able to pay for the 100 Children to go back to School, it makes a difference for the one who is been lucky to go back to school.
The academic term is 3months and there are 3 academic school terms in a year. For Children 4yrs to 12yrs it cost $15 per term and for Children aged 12 – 17yrs it cost $35 to $50 to keep them in High Schools and Vocational Training centers.
